Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Behavioral/Mood regulation difficulties
Tim employs evidenced based therapeutic approaches designed to best meet the specific and changing needs of his clients over time. He is a firm believer in the humanistic approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and positive psychology – which he is very passionate about. Tim is highly committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance that is strength-based and assures that every client feels cared for, safe, comfortable, and heard. In his free time, he loves being outdoors, staying active, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
